Yikes!! Sometimes we have those days. I had chinese last night for the first time in over a month. It was SO good, but I felt so bad afterwards. Hang in there. Keep going.

LOL @ spart. Well, now you know and knowing is half the battle or so says GI Joe. Forget about that burger and get back to eating the foods that work for you.

It was a mushroom and swiss burger from McDonald's. It said 17WW points on here without mayo and of course I had mayo ( I even added more at home because it seemed dry). I'm taking one for the team here lol but now we all know that its a HORRIBLE burger and we should never eat one ;) Add that to the fact that it was after 10pm and I had fries...whew...stupid stupid stupid

Don't feel bad less_of_me. Just stay focus again. Allow yourself to have a cheat meal at least twice a week, you'll feel satisfied. That's the way I do it because I love to eat junk food. The more I deprived myself, the more I binged. And the flex plan is perfect for me. You can do it!

You wonder what the hell they put in a burger to make it soooooo bad for you!!! I mean, I understand that beef is high in points to begin with, but not THAT high! Its scary!! Anyway, you ate it, its done with - now you can start with a clean slate. Have a great Thursday!

Man... well good for you for LOOKING at the points value!! lol I'm not one to seek the punishment via guilt. =D It's prolly a good thing to do,... you'll remember with every burger to come across you path from now on, "burgers are EVIL". lol I've pretty much switched over to the frozen turkey burger patties and find great comfort in one with a whole wheat bun and my own toppings (lite fare) with much satisfaction. Btw... I'm sure the mushroom swiss from BK is just as, if not more evil, and YES... I can say I KNOW it's as "nasty"! lol Actually, LOVED it, but.... HATED the "after effects". Oi-VEY! My tummy bloated up and rumbled until it passed. Lesson learned. *sigh*
