Today is amazing and I feel and look amazing Ive hit one of my short term goals and I am on a semi cloud nine. Im confident Ill be at my goal or looking great either way come october for my wedding! I been eating better and I get full much quicker now and am able to make wiser decisions without feeling deprived. Ive come along way and have a long way to go but im appreciating every step this time and i feel awesome. IM WEARING SHORTS TODAY!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
