I didnt lose 3 pounds in 1 day my starting wweight was a guess. this is my true starting weight
237.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Better than having underestimated. You would have been starting at 243. It will go slowly but it will go.
