Every weekend there is some type of freakin holiday where bad eating comes into play. I'm sick of holidays!
213.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well you can't control parties or holidays, but you can control what you eat. It's just not easy. We BBQ'd yesterday and made grilled shrimp, chicken, veggie tray weigh light ranch, baked potato and fruit. When you go to other people's house, bring a dish you know you can snack on and is healthy. Think portion control. Peruse all the food and take the stuff you really want but don't get to eat that much. Then take a small amount. The first bite tastes like the last bite. Just like bad habits, we can make good ones.
