Yah freakin hoo!!! I'm in the 180's now! Just a couple more down and I'll be where I was in 2008, the year of the medicated weight loss. (Love that Welbuterin).
188.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
