Yesterday I went way over the edge of the fat boat. I bought pre-breaded and cheesed chicken breasts for chicken parmesan and cooked them in a layer of oil in the oven for crispness. I guessed on which one to put in the food diary but it had to be high. Then I skipped the gym too.
And I wonder why my weight loss has stalled. This random eating has got to go.
