Oh boy! Ok it's only 5 lbs. I can get that back off. I hope.

Went to a family birthday party last night. There was cheesecake. I felt sick after I ate it. My body just isn't used to processing that much sugar anymore. I definitely need to up the water intake. It's hard when I'm on the road because I drinking bottled water.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.4 lb a week

Yes, you will get that 5 lb back off. I have confidence in you. I agree with you, your body is telling you it just isn't happy with that sugar now. Plus you might have guilt feelings over eating it. Good luck with water intake.

Thanks guys! So far only one bottle of water, that was supposed to be I hate drinking bottled water. It sits in the van while I work and I've been reading that's bad for you. I'm a total sugaraholic but I've really cut waaay back and now my body is readjusting. So a good problem to have I guess. :)

Yes, I have read about the water bottles also. Would it work for you to have a small cooler in your vehicle?

I just got one but then I moved and now I have no idea where it is. My life sucks at the moment.
