Following a 1300calorie meal plan that limits sodium, fats and allows a tiny bit of bread. Working out at least 15 minutes daily along with trainer workouts 3 -4 times weekly. Slow but steady!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
