Ive been really sick for almost a week but im doing my best to stick to my diet some days its actually hard to eat at all but i know i need to eat something. I havent exercised much due to being sick but hopefully im through the brunt of it...
187.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
