I haven't been watching my calories very well becasue it's my honey's birthday weekend. Had a huge hamburger then had no time to excercise. Still lost just under a pound.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
