Increasing water again today 6 days out from competition #2
114.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1095 kcal Fat: 32.11g | Prot: 142.65g | Carb: 64.47g.   Breakfast: 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, EB Egg, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Red or Cayenne Pepper , Red Tomatoes , Red Onions, Cooked Egg White. Lunch: Almonds , Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, romaine lettuce, Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts. Dinner: Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Ground Turkey Breast, Black Beans (50% less Sodium), Steamfresh Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Pro7ein. more...
