I haven't been doing a lot of exercise and coupled with not eating properly has caused this gain. Hey, but i'm not discouraged I just gotta back in the swing of things!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
