Hello! You have been doing great! Thanks for all your motivation! You are alomost at your goal! Congratulations! I am sure you will be there by the end of this 3 week challenge. Have you or do you keep track of your body fat%, muscle mass%, etc. if not why? Once you reach your goal, what are your next plans? You before an dafter pictures are amazing!
