I was pleasantly surprised to see a 2.4 lb loss this week. I know it could have been a 4 lb loss if my calories had not been so iffy all week. I am happy with my 2.4 lbs and will smile my way into this week!
316.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 116.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
