Really need to get myself down to below the 10 stone mark to make real progress.

Can't keep fluctuating although am glad that I am largely keeping the weight off.

Not just about looking better but also feeling better.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
