Starting again as I mean to go on. Very pleased with the weight I lost a few months ago, and the fact that I have managed to keep it off (I think). Even a few pounds has made me feel more energetic, made my clothes fit better and made me look more like my old self. Aiming to be 10 stone by the end of the month. Will do this by:
Calorie counting No dairy Portion control One small treat every other day (Monday is the Kit Kat) Diet sauces and options where available Absolutely no takeaways One meat free night a week? Walk home from work when working the early shift One beach walk on a Sunday No alcohol mid-week Minimal alcohol again at weekends
Hoping that this will bring my weight down and pick up my mood.
