Today I am down to 187.4!

Glee!!! I haven't seen this weight since December 2012! This is my journal entry for that day:

Well, honey, this time it isn't stress. I am settled in, satisfied, and unbothered. Praise God!

Yesterday, my energy level rose back up throughout the morning and I was fine by lunchtime. Later in the day I wasn't sure if I was experiencing back pain or if my cramps were radiating around to my back. Either way, I went to the chiropractor and had an excellent appointment.

I took a different route to the chiropractor in order to avoid rush hour traffic. It had a steep hill to climb (bad idea...or was it?). So, I ended up with two challenging hills including the one I have to climb every time I leave that appointment.

Last night, I made a salad so disgusting that I almost couldn't eat it. I wanted a different flavor, so I decided on tuna. However, I grabbed canned crab (Trader Joe's). Everything about the crab was disgusting. The sight, smell, texture, yuck! I think that it is intended to be used in a soup or stew but definitely not a salad.

Today is hump day! There was a little fatigue on the hill out of my neighborhood this morning. Overall, I think that these legs will make it until my day off on Friday. I think Wednesday should be my new weigh-in day. Especially if my digestion process is going to continue this stop and go routine. Time to start making weekend plans! Who's up for mowing the lawn?

Congrats on the weight loss :-) There is a bridge just 1 km away from my house that I have to go across when I want to go to the city. It's good exercise going over it 2 or 4 times a day.
