Oh No....going in the wrong direction. Hang in there. Re-read the Atkins book and try to take it a day at a time. It's tough, I know. My whole family loves carb foods - pasta and bread mostly. I do too but I have not touch a drop of these two foods and feel really good.

Yeah, new baby at home. Wifey is losing baby weight, I'm gaining it! Re-committing to the diet and back on the elliptical!
