I think this is a muscle gain. I went wakeboarding yesterday again. My body is super sore, body - gain - sooooo much fun :)
140.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Probably fluid in your muscles...that's what I'm going thru too...luckily my scale tests my water weight, muscle mass, bone mass, fat %...my numbers were way screwy after canoeing...

I found it on Amazon...I think it's called GoWise USA or something like that...it's black and silver...it sends an electric current up through your feet and measures kind of like the handheld BMI counters...I think it was only like $40?
