I think the piece of cake, which was a one layer two by two piece was the only outrageous thing I had yesterday. It was girls night out so the meal in the evening was at 600 therefore I was eating past seven.

I will not let this make me lose hope. I will continue with my plan.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
