what is wrong with me??? i seem to be bouncing around the 75kg mark. This was originally my goal weight but i got ambitious and changed it to 70kg. Should i leave it here or move it back to 75kg? or is it just that it will be easier to maintain at 75 kg and i'm getting lazy and slipping back into old habits???

Come on woman you are determined for this to be a lifestyle change not a "diet" that has to keep being repeated. Furthermore you cannot afford another new wardrobe!!!!

166.7 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
