Day 5 of Zumba today. I am hoping to see some movement in my inches by Day 7 (Day 6 is a rest day so that should help). I'm doing the 10-day accelerated program. They say you should lose a pants size and/or an inch of your waist - or your money back. We'll see.
140.8 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 May 2011:
2046 kcal Fat: 122.14g | Prot: 140.19g | Carb: 94.29g.   Breakfast: darigold butter, Coffee, egg, Original Sausage Patty, Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch: watch'n carbs, bak'n pork skin, chicken drumsticks. Dinner: strawberry, fage, banana, beef broth, beef, red potato, peas, carrot. Snacks/Other: red onion, brussels sprouts, Green String Beans, radish, avocado, Shallots, garlic. more...

Zumba is so much fun! Are u taking a class or doing a DVD? I'm thinking about investing in some work-out DVDs. Break up the boredom.. :-) Good Luck on your inches!

I bought Zumba Exhilerate. I never tried the other one. I'm not a big dancer, but I'm liking it. I do miss my P90X, though. I'll be glad when the 10 days is over so I can alternate it with heavy lifting. :)
