False weigh in. In the name of trying to rid my body of constipation, I planned a junk food fried supper, which led to over stuffing my face in the late night snacking all in the name of "I just wanted it." Because I even proclaimed aloud to myself I wasn't hungry while I foraged. Today I will do better. And yes I totally blew off running yesterday, as I knew I would even though I said I wouldn't. When it comes to me and eating/exercise I can be deceiving to everyone. I want to believe my good intentions and I am a woman of my word, but history over the past 2years has proved otherwise. At least I am maturing enough to recognize my shortcoming enough to do something about them.
