Well .. I didn't make the 200 pounds that I'd hoped to for my son's wedding .. but, that's pretty darn close, so I'll take it .. :-)
204.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take it? Be proud of it. I love your chart cause it is so similar to mine. Hope that you are still feeling confident about the 170's....I am even thinking I might be able to make 169.
