This was a lot easier then I expected. I need to stay in the right frame of mind. I have a tendence to workout hard and then eat all wrong or vise versa. Remember your goal. I love a diet that you can have chocolate chip cookies and still lose weight. I know that this is the detox phase and the the 1st weight is the easiest to get off. But a year working out at the gym pretty regular didn't take off 10 lbs. Thanks to my husband for keeping me eating right and pushing my workouts.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
