Feeling great about the changes I've made in my life lately, started working with a trainer 3 times a week and doing at least 15 minutes per day myself. I'm already seeing a difference! He started me on a 2 week fat flush diet that's mostly vegetables, fruits and lean protein, no bread, no added sugar and no booze! It's been easier to follow than I thought. Eating all the healthy foods has made me feel more energetic and not so bloated, we also cut way down on sodium - so that helped too. It's funny, when I picked up a bag of sunflower seeds to eat a few that I had in my office, I almost choked! They were salted and I immediately wanted to spit them out there were so salty. I guess my palate has already changed. Drinking tons of water, some skim milk and orange juice -I've cut out almost all diet sodas (considering I would have 1 first thing in the morning and take 1 to my bed stand at night, I'm impressed with myself).
230.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
