not too bad since just returned from vacation. now to go on a morning hike with youth. what in the world was i thinking???? thursday i picked up a stomach virus. Friday drove 10hrs home and took mom out for supper. and now taking youth on a hiking trip fortunately local hiking!!!! still dont feel my best, but going anyway. yes, welcome to my world!!!!!
