Put it down yesterday. Came home extremely hungry. Ended up eating twice before bed, and tons of sugar. Not cool. Paid for it today. Oh well, this is the price I pay for not being prepared. Got lazy again and didn't commute to work. Wonder what's going on in my brain. I used to want to get up every day and ride in. Now, not so much. I think I may be getting too comfortable with where I am at. But how to motivate myself to push through this funk?
249.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Been there. What works for me: set your alarm 45 minutes earlier in the morning. Set a second alarm on a different device for 15 minutes after the first alarm. Put that second device on the other side of the room. Force yourself to get up. Shower - take a longer shower than normal and take the extra few minutes to "get your mind right." Force yourself to eat a good breakfast, even if you don't feel like it. Doesn't have to be fancy, just something you enjoy eating (that second part is key-- for me, it's scrambled eggs and toast -- easy, quick, and tasty). Get in the car and commute to work, even if you don't technically need to. Go to bed by 10 pm, and don't watch a lot of TV before bed, especially news or late night talk shows. Even if you don't feel sleepy. Repeat for 3 consecutive days.

I like that captain... I have three of my own alarms going off starting at 5 am.. (my kids)... the breakfast I don't get til I get to work (I have to leave by 630 am to drop everyone off)... but it definitely matters to eat what you like!

Mine is commuting by bicycle. It's easy to jump in the car, not so much when it comes to the bike.
