Did not lose weight this week. Lost momentum. Pleased that I am not eating off my plan. Still no sugar, or starchy white stuff. That's a vast improvement.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats! That is how I have been this week! I've kinda lost the momentum that I once had. Now I'm sick. So struggling with not having the energy to work out the way I want to. But I continue to eat right (barely got anything down today though)...Eating right is awesome! Keep up the good work!! :)
