Not completely back on track yet but I am getting there. This week will be very busy. It's going to be difficult to get all the exercise in but we'll see. Surprisingly, I am able to make healthier food choices without looking up fatsecret and my weight watchers books first. That's a bonus!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
