Darn gained 2 lbs back. Oh well I need to look at that as gained 2 lbs. I had to cut my workout yesterday short. I still did an hour but I started feeling week and shaky. I guess my adreanals are still healing. It was weird because when my corisol was high I could workout for as long as I wanted. I didn't complete the second 20 minutes of kettlenetics and cut 10 minutes off. Today I think I will do walking only.
