1731 kcal Fat: 108.49g | Prot: 152.95g | Carb: 34.27g.   Breakfast: olive oil, cheddar cheese, coffee mate original, black coffee, bob evans express sausage patty, raw spinach, egg beaters. Lunch: birdseye broccoli and cauliflower, red bell pepper, pork loin, kfc grilled chicken. Dinner: Greek Salad (Half Portion), hard salami, PROVOLONE, kfc grilled chicken, kfc grilled chicken. Snacks/Other: advantage peanut fudge granola bar. more...
