I don't know what happened.. This is really bad.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Lebogang, Dont despair, I recommend that you try the eating plans outlined here http://www.dietdoctor.com/lchf I started this a year ago because I enjoyed the items that I was allowed to eat. I have lost 10KG now! Good Luck

if you are logging exactly what you eat then it may be that youre body is going into starvation mode due to not getting in enough energy so it holds on to all the fats you get in because it thinks that you are going to starve to death. try and keep your calorie intake around 1100 and do your best to make it good and clean calories for the best weight loss results. if you do exercise eat a bit more

Thank you David for the link, I will try the diet and I hope it work. And thank you daisy92 for the tip, I really don't know what happened for me to gain such weight that fast. It might be the joy of being home and skipping the gym.
