I made it through the weekend without gaining anything. That leaves me free to lose a couple of new lbs this week. Finanaly I can dip below the 30s. Also the last 2 days I have eaten mostly one big meal. Maybe that is better than little meals all day long or maybe it just confuses my metablolism when I do that and that is why I didn't gain.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
