I have been gone for a bit now, I weigh the most I have ever weighed in my life. My fat weight is 220lbs, so I have well exceeded that. It has been difficult to get back on track after having my ankle replacement, the pain and my slow slow movement. I have failed to mention that the other ankle is worse than the one I had replaced. However, I think/know that I am using this as an excuse to not acheive a healthy life style. I am not sure what is holding me back, especially knowing that losing the extra extra extra pounds will help the pain, let alone make me feel better in general. I have been given a second chance to walk and I am not appreciating it like I should, yes pain is an obstacle, one that i must overcome. Here is to new choices and a healthier, hopefully less painful life.
