I retired last June and it seems I am eating more instead of less. Do you think it's because we have too much free time on our hands? :) I often get bored and find myself going through the refrigerator. I did get a PT job but that hasn't really solved the problem because it's a boring job sitting at a desk without much activity. There is definitely an adjustment period! Very life changing!
