bullshit, workout 2x this week and maintained diet and its not holding.
229.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight loss isn't linear. Look at your chart. As long as you have a mostly downward spiral, you are doing great. Every once and while on your chart you have that little blip up. We all get those little gains. Maybe you had too much sodium yesterday, not enough water, muscles retaining water from extra exercise (muscle edema). Just keep on going. You will eventually see it on the scale.
