Unfortunately due to Evan (our 10 yr old son) going into the hospital twice (for 3-5 days each time) in the past 3 weeks because of appendicitis and then complications due to it afterward, I have not done very well on my quest. I have eaten waaaaay too much fast food, made poor food choices, not exercised nor entered my food diary on a consistent basis. He is now back home again and I am going to do my best to get back on track with it all! Wish me luck!
