I burned alot more calories than I thought hosting that yard sale yesterday, Must've been the constant heat. It wasn't really that bad but enough to really feel it. I hope I can keep it off and not rebound.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
