don't stress it! ... retaining water?? maybe constipation?? be amazed what that can take off... don't sweat it ... just work through today

Just remember weight fluctuates a lot when you're dieting, you're forcing your body to change....let's see what tomorrow brings, dont be discouraged!

Thank you guys :) turns out I lost it all over night :) Never had a water retention of 4lbs before, but I guess that's what it was. I really appreciate your support

KatiKau I just lost 15 lbs of water weight. careful of salt, mine was a combo of salt and medication
