I am back on here sooner than expected. I resorted to old habits and stuffed my emotions with food. I have come too far to just go completely off the rails now. I have lost a little ground, but I will get my footing back.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you can walk, do it. If you can swim or walk in the wate, do it. Walking is not only good as a method to help with weight control but is also great for mental health. Water activity is easy on the joints and a real plus for mental health. Best of luck, and keep those portions down.
