Biggest loss so far. One meal a day with the Atkins shakes may be the clue for me. I ate everything else as normal on Atkins.
It is finally encouraging.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yay!!! good for you!! I really believe that sometimes you have to tweak whatever diet you are on to find what works for you. I usually just eat something in the morning and supper. I don't care anything for morning food til almost eleven. But I can drink a shake. Supper I try to eat early in the day around 3 usually or maybe 4. I know Atkins is 3 meals a day but I can't do it often. And if it works for me that is all I care about :) Yay! on your weigh in and good for you :D !!!
