Ugh. Working out this week is just as terrible as I knew it would be. I HATE HATE HATE working out during this time of the month. I am forcing myself to do it anyway though. I think that is why it seems like I gained a pound. I am not going to go crazy over it because I believe it is most likely just water retention. My eating needs to improve a lot which is a goal for me but it's just hard when I don't have money to buy the good stuff you know? As of right now, I am so strapped for cash that all we can survive on is damned ramen and shit. I don't like this...but what can I do really? Luckily my mom is lending me some money to get some groceries.
Daily Summary *Oil Pulling: I still find such a calmness when I am oil pulling...like nothing else matters at that point in time. My mind is actually somewhat quiet while I prepare for the day.
*P90X: Chest & Shoulders and the Ab Ripper X were on the schedule for today. I find that I can do a little more push up wise but need to work on getting a little deeper. I also need to buy not only a pull up/chin up bar but heavier weights.
