Well...on to week two of the P90X. I am pretty proud that even though I overate a couple of the days, it didn't ruin that hard work that I have done. I am a little nervous about starting off with the Chest & Back but that is what the Classic schedule calls for so yeah. My shoulders are still a tad sore but the soreness is going away. Even though my belly isn't gone and my arms are nice and toned yet...I am starting to see subtle results and couldn't be happier.
Daily Summary *Oil Pulling: This is the first time by coconut oil has been somewhat solid lol! These last few days, it has been a liquid. Made pulling a lot easier but yeah lol! I am oddly finding oil pulling to be rather calming and meditative...maybe my body is hinting for me to meditate during this time lol!
