I had gall bladder removal surgery and a bunch of complications. I was in the hospital for a week. I'm on a strict no fat, no caffiene, no lactose diet. I've been losing weight. Not the way I want to, but I guess its ok. I cannot eat regular size meals. Only small portions at a time. I'm using this to make sure I'm eating enough.

My wife says her bladder removal was stressful for a minute until the liver adapts to a somewhat different pace. Prayers up for quick healing! 🙏
