I work at walmart and run around all day. In the evenings I tutor online. I'm also a college student. I don't have much time for myself, but I manage to get everything taken care of. In 2007 I lost 20 pounds from 150 to 130. Over time I've gained it all back and then some more. I need to get back to where I used to be, I am starting to feel the weight affecting my energy and the lack of exercise has really hurt me. So I started by myself in the beginning of August (2010) at 162. It can only get better from here. I'm doing the slow and steady method.
