This whole month has been somewhat of a struggle for me. I haven't given up though. Med changes, sugar lows (crashes), PTSD diagnosis, relationship issues, been away from home almost the whole month...and Calgon took one look at my life and tucked and ran!!! Hahaha...May has not been sweet for this chick!!
243.6 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry this has been a tough month for you....on a positive note you hung in there, got through it and weighed in down over a pound....those are accomplishments especially in tough circumstances. Hoping June is a better month for you, hang in there!

Thanks for the encouragement. I am hanging in, sometimes by a thin wire it seems. I can't give up, I have come a long way. And this time...I promised myself I was not going to let the terms of life derail me. It has tried it's best though...again thanks!! :)
