Today was my first weigh in on the Curves diet. I did great on sticking to and following the diet, it was easy for me since you are eatin throughout the day I was rarely hungry and felt great constantly. As far as the workouts I didnt fo as great as I wished. I did the 30 minute shred worout on Thursday and went to the gym Tuesday and jogged for 45 minutes so I really think I would have seen better results had I worked out more but I really wanted to focus on the diet and getting adjusted my first week. Today Idid the 30 day shred in the mornin and plan to work out at least 3-4 more times this week. This will be my last week on phase 1 before I start phase 2. My goal this week is to hit the 150 mark so i will really push myself, I havenot weighed 150 for 6 years that will be a great feelin I promised myself I wil go buy a cute bikini if I get there by next Thursday! Yay! I cant wait!
153.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
