Finally, a break thru. I have been so discouraged, working so hard, watching what I eat, exercising, working with a trainer, but feeling like a failure because I wasn't dropping any weight. I didn't give up , I glad to see a small victory. Now for many more victories
211.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes you have to look at the big picture and not just the number on the scale (although it's hard). You can lose body fat and not see it on the scale. You can go down in sizes and not see the scale move. Keep an eye on how your clothes are fitting, when the scale isn't moving. You are doing great, just keep going now matter what and you will get to goal.

Victoria, I noticed you loss coincides with a calorie increase. Your daily defecit is huge! With all your exercise you really need to get up to 1500 in my opinion. I bet you'll see the sAle start to drop if you increase daily cals. Hugs to you for trying so hard and sticking with it.
