Leveling off with what I've eaten consistently over the past three days. I am still amazed at how well the body adapts to diet if it stays very consistent over a short span of time.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

K I'm sure this is a dumb question but what does it mean when you put up a percentage? what are you calculating daily? just curious

Not a dumb question at all! The percentage I put up everyday is the body fat % reading every morning on my body fat monitor. It is my way of seeing if there is any pattern/relationship between the food I eat and how my body takes in the food.
